Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the Fiido e-bike in its original packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Dispatch
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
